Our Rates

Our 2007 rates start from £375 per week / £54 per night   -  $85 per night

Our 2008 rates start from £395 per week / £57 per night   -  $90 per night

All our rates are inclusive of bed linen, towels, (including pool towels) local phone calls, local tax, high-speed internet access and cleaning (on stays of 5 nights or more). If you would like a quote for your stay or would like some more information just mail us back at.

If you would like to make a booking we can e-mail or post you a booking form and reserve your choice of dates.

We ask for £200 / $200 deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks in advance of your stay. If your start date is less than 10 weeks we would require full payment with your booking form.

We also ask for a £200 / $200 fully refundable security deposit payable with your final balance, this is refundable once our management company have confirmed that the home/contents are all ok, and the utility bills are not excessive.

We offer discounts for bookings of longer than 2 weeks and late bookings.

Vacation Start/end days are not restricted to weekend.
