We are the Gatford family, our first visit to the Sunshine State was back in 1988 before the arrival of our two children, we decided not only to return but to make a home there and we try and visit as often as we can, now we return as a family and always have a wonderful time, we find there is always something new to see and do.

We count our villa very much as our second home, we have spent much time and effort making it into a place where anyone can feel at home, relax and use it as a base for exploring as much of Florida as possible,  we like to think of it as a ‘Home from Home’ with a touch of luxury. Our privately owned Villa ‘Sunrise Magic’ is ideally situated on the Sunrise Lakes community, on the 27, one mile north of the 192 intersection (Disney end) and is only 5 miles from Interstate 4.

And we are only 9 minutes from all the Disney Magic. We have tried to make sure our villa has everything you would need to have an enjoyable and hassle free stay, and judging buy the messages left in our guest book all our guests have found it to be so. If you’ve been to Florida before you’ll know exactly why you’re returning, if this is to be your first visit you’re in for a real treat.

ACCOMMODATION
Our villa is spacious and welcoming, it is designed to be flexible and suit any make-up of party, it is particularly good for two families as both our master en-suite bedrooms are the same size. Our villa can accommodate up to ten, comprising of 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms made up as follows

- En-suite Master Bedroom, US King-size bed with patio doors leading to the Pool, plus large TV.
- En-suite Master Bedroom, US King-size bed with large TV and DVD player
- 2 Twin-bedded rooms with a shared bathroom, all with large walk-in closets.
- Pull-out queen-size sofa-bed in our family room.
- There are hairdryers in all three bathrooms.
- All linen and towels (including pool towels) are included in the cost of your stay.
- We have a crib / playpen for our younger guests.
- And our villa is air-conditioned throughout.

Our Villa has a NO SMOKING policy, and sorry NO pets.
Our Management Company live nearby.

OUR FAMILY ROOM - DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN
Our large Family room has a large corner sofa with a reclining chair, and if needed pulls out to a queen size sofa bed, we have a  large TV, DVD player with a selection of films and ceiling fan for extra comfort, patio doors lead out to the pool.

We also have high speed internet.

Our kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave and of course kettle, toaster, blender and coffee maker. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware, plenty to cater for everyone. Our separate laundry room has large washer and separate dryer.
Our dining area seating 6, plus our breakfast bar seating 3 more, and we have a highchair for our smaller guests.

FOR THE LITTLE ONES
We have a cot/crib (which can also be used as play pen), high chair and of course the safety pool screen.
There is also a children’s playground a few minutes walk away with 'Little Tike's' style play equipment and swings.

OUR GAMES ROOM
Our Games Room has a Pool Table, Table Tennis, Foosball / Table Football, Air Hockey, TV and a PlayStation 2 with games; we also have a selection of board games.

SWIMMING

Our private screened pool has an Extended Decking Area, a fibre optic coloured underwater pool light, plus safety pool-screen, and covered Lanai, 4 Sun beds, Table and 6 Chairs. Our pool heat is optional  (recommended between November and March)
